My god, why did we spend our money on this (Jack LaLanne Power Juicer)

Advantages: Turn a lovely piece of fruit into a small glass of "juice"

Disadvantages: That juice does not taste right unless alcohol is added

We bought one of these about four years ago thinking we could improve our life and help us to get healthier,
It cost us £139 and in the last four years we have possibly used it about 15 times, It is a pain to clean, messy and very noisy, sometimes some fruit has to be cut up small because it takes ages to "juice" it.
The advert on television says that no juice is wasted and any waste is dry and not messy, all of the waste is like goo, wet and messy, most of it sticks to the top of the waste flap and when you spoon it off, you can see all of the good stuff that should be in your glass,

The machine uses kind of like a fine round cheese grater to grate the fruit or vegetables,
the liquids pass through and everything else is thrown into the waste, along with half of your juice.
Anything passing through can pour or drip through the nozzle at the front, so get your glass quickly cause this machine wont hold on for you!
My advice to you is not to buy this.
Better juice could be made by cutting your fruit up and throw it in the blender for five mins,
