Advantages: Powerful, makes nice juice, easy to clean
Disadvantages: Have to peel some fruits
The Philips HR1858 / 50 juicer does exactly what it says on the tin - it's an excellent juicer.
It comes with a 2l measuring jug (complete with foam seperator) as well as a manual and a recipe book. It's very easy to juice, and you only have to peel oranges, mangoes etc. Then you just stick them in and it quickly pulverizes them and out into the jug comes the juice. It seems to get most of the juice out of the fruit, as the pulp afterwards is dry.
The main problem with juicers is that they're very difficult to clean. The Philips is quite easy - you dismantle, rinse and then put it back together. It takes about 5 minutes to clean, but you must clean it immediately after making the juice, because otherwise the pulp dries and it takes ages to get off.
Overall, this is a good juicer. It's powerful and makes very good juice. What more could you want?
Summary: A very good juicer that does exactly what it says on the tin
