Advantages: looks great, easy to use
Disadvantages: quite a noisy process
A juicer is a must in my house, for as long as I can remember mum has made carrot and apple juice every weekend so when the old one we had packed in, she picked up a new one from phillips.
We found this juicer easy to set up, the instructions were clear, and it doesn't take too much space on the kitchen counter. Also it looks lovely in your kitchen.
The juicer itself is impressive, it absolutely annihilates everything that it gets, from ice to whole apples. I love that I don't need to chop food before it goes in, it just goes in. It also produces a lot of juice, about 1.5x the amount we got from our old juicer. The waste is much less too. Clearly this juicer is just incredibly efficient (which you would expect from a new age fancy dancy phillips juicer). Finally, and one of the most important aspects, It's pretty easy to clean. It comes apart wonderfully, with all the fruit and vegetable pulp compacted together, so you can just pop it into the bin. My mum loves it and so do i.
a great way to make our carrot and apple juice on weekends.
Summary: on the pricey side of juicers, but i assume you get what you pay for.
