Advantages: great way of getting healty and loosing weight

Disadvantages: get's everywhere when you let go a little

I used to be obese but i was able to change by buying the juice lady. I make a lot of smoothys now and me and my friends drink them a lot more. It is a great way of keeping off the pounds, and it helps a lot for intake of vitamins which has made me a healthier person.

Here are a few recipies i used:

Breakfast berry crumble:

Serving: 1 serving

8 blackberries
8 raspberries
handful of organic porridge oats
1 cup natural live yoghurt
2 apples or 200ml apple juice
1 teaspoon honey (optional)

Peach beach smootie:

Serving: 1 long glass

2 ripe peaches
1 mango
1/2 Lemon
1 handful white seedless grapes OR 1 cup white grape juice OR 1cup filtered water Handful or two of ice cubes


Energy booster:

Serving: 2 small / 1 large glass

1 large banana
2 apples
200ml Coconut milk
1 medium free range egg
1 tablespoon Wheatgerm
1 teaspoon Royal Jelly
