Bored of the usual simple basic colouring books featuring the same old scenes? Love Charlie and Lola? Then this book is probably for you! I bought this for my daughter when she was 5, and she loved it. It is very good quality, very similar to the Charlie and Lola picture books except that the paper is matte rather than shiny so that it is easier to colour / draw on.

The book has 24 pages/sides (including the title page where you write your name) and each one is very varied and imaginative. There are prompts to draw things (e.g. your own imaginary friend next to Soren Lorensen, who is Lola's), stick things, lots of colouring in, space for freestyle doodling, The book is black and white, but the existing illustrations have some shading on (as if done in pencil) so it look svery classy and provides a great start for your child to add colour and imagination.

A really inspiring colouring / doodling book - highly recommended!
