I chose this book for boy as he seemed to be showing an interest in tractors and I thought it would be at his level as some older books about tractors appear to have a lot of technical vocabulary in them. I am amazed how this book has captured my daughters attention. She is 8 months old and most books just want to go straight in her mouth - but she actually wants to sit and read this one! It starts on the front cover with "That's not my fairy...her dress is too shiny" and the dress of the fairy is slightly padded in a shiny material. The dress gets touched and studied before she grabs the cover to open the book! To find "That's not my fairy...her wings are too fluffy" with lovely pink fluffy wings that get pawed over! This is another one of the books in the "that's not my" set. The books are aimed at the younger children aged between 9 months and 5 years old. This book though is a must from anyone with a little girl that loves fairies and pink. The book is bright pink with shinny starts all over the front of the book.
