This collection was bought for my 4 year old who since starting school is really enjoying reading.
This Box set contains all the original Mr Men books. I originally purchased this for £30.00 which is less than £1 book!
All the books are individually numbered in the spine and when together in the correct order produce an image.

All the books contain colourful 2D pictures that my child loves to look at and the Stories are an easy read taking about 5 minute a book.

I love the charm of these stories with some of the characters from other books crossing over to other stories.
All of the books usually end with a funny line. The one i like in particular is Mr Sneeze where it ends telling you that you should have noticed something during the story. When you flick back through the pages you realise that you didn't notice the thing they have told you

The books are excellently written as i find myself adapting my voice depending on which character is speaking. If i am reading Mr Slow, i find myself speaking s-l-o-w-l-y.

I like that whilst my 4 year is unable to read he can enjoy listening to them and when he is able to read he will have lots of books to choose from and like i did as a child will have his favourite character.
