Ages 3 -7 This is a counting book, but not like any other counting book I have read. It begins as Pongo and Perdita take their ninety nine puppies and their two human pets out for a walk. No sooner are they out the door when a fire truck races past and all the puppies charge after it. The rest of the book is about Pongo and Perdita's search for the pups. Each page will have 10 puppies, which the child listening to the story finds and counts.
