It saved my hair when it was in the most damaged state! I used to dye my hair lots and lots because I have really dark hair I always dyed it to a lighter brown shade and my hair ends would get extremely damaged, not mentioning I also permed my hair and straightened it in the past. From experience Kérastase was recommended by one of my friends to me, I used it for almost two years because I loved it so much and now I have stopped because I think my hair is in great condition. 	Kerastase Nutritive Nectar Thermique ... product is absolutely amazing. I t was recommended to me by my hairdresser after using some disastorous shampoo (Herbal Essences). Basically it can be used on any type of hair but is particulary recommended for dry/coloured/damaged hair. Let me just tell you about my hair. I had quite thick brown hair until I started straightening it, which dryed it out and then I tried Herbal Essences shampoo and conditioner, which I am NOT a fan of and that made it 10 times worst. My hair just went really dry and very straw like.
