      It's a great little teapot

Bodum UK Marcel Tea Press with Stainless Steel Infuser, 0.6l

I'm a big fan of hot drinks and in particular a good cup of tea, although a teabag does the job in a hurry it is much more satisfying and enjoyable having a lovely cup of tea made from loose tea leaves. There is also a larger selection available of different types of tea to choose from, especially if you are lucky to live near a specialist shop or else there is always the internet.

The Bodum Marcel teapot with press does look the part and it is a very stylish design, with a chunky modern shape and unusual funnel-shaped spout. I think this is a great addition to any kitchen. It works well and it looks great.

This teapot is made from stainless steel and a hardwearing, heat resistant Borosilicate glass, which looks stylish and elegant while being functional. This is easy to pick up, hold and to pour. The plunger runs smoothly, personally, I love watching the tea infuse and the glass shows this perfectly.

This is a teapot best suited for one, it holds approx 0.6 litres. This makes it perfectly suited for me as in my household it is really only me that wants a nice hot cup of tea. However, you might need a bigger size if you wanted to make more tea for family and/or friends.

All parts of these are dishwasher safe, and it is pretty simple to clean even if you have to do it the old fashioned soapy way. It is best to rinse this directly after use because dried on tea leaves can be a pain to scrub off.

This has a recommended retail price of £40. However, this is expensive and most places that I have seen this available to by for close to £25.

I managed to accidently break mine when I drop it on the hard kitchen stone tiles and cracked the glass. I have another one of these patiently waiting on my Amazon wish list. I am looking forward to getting a replacement soon. These also make good gifts with some tea leaves for anyone that loves a good cuppa. I really like this tea press, it works well and it looks good. Therefore I think that this deserves a well earned four out of five stars.
