      Worth the price

Having recently re-styled my kitchen, as well as the very simple fact that my old kettle was on the way out, I recently had the exciting time of shopping for Kettles. I wanted something that was a) dependable and b) lasting as well as c) something which looked good. I have got what I needed with this model that's for sure! The Breville VKJ423 Premium Traditional Kettle certainly has met my requirements. The first thing I looked for was the brand name. After all, I had use Breville in the past and had no problems and they have a solid reputation in this and many other fields. It was of little concern to me that the price was higher than cheaper brands as I knew I was paying for quality. They have vast experience in this field and have been around years so you know they can be trusted. I paid £30 for it new and do not regret a single penny of it. As I said due to having a new kitchen lately I wanted some new utensils to replace older ones which had in essence been bought on the cheap when I first moved and the Breville VKJ423 Premium Traditional Kettle certainly has the looks I was interested in. It looks retro and stylish which is all the rage these days. Most of the price is probably based on the looks! I imagine this will be fairly durable, it feels tough made from Stainless steel and everything has been made with care and commitment. Of course a kettle is an important and much used part of the kitchen and thus needs to function well. Even though it looks small in the picture this is still 1.7 litre which places it ahead of most of the other kettles which come in at 1.5 litre. Unless you are having a major tea party 1.7 litres will be more than enough. The boiling time is quicker than usual too with blurb about a new fast boil technology in the manual. Whatever the reasons, I just know the Breville VKJ423 Premium Traditional Kettle gives me a good cup of tea quickly which is essentially all you can hope for from a kettle! All in I cannot really complain at all, it does both the jobs I would expect from a kettle, boils quick and looks good and hence I would say the Breville VKJ423 Premium Traditional Kettle is worth forking out extra for! Also on ciao
