Breville JK164:
... bought this kettle because my old kettle was looking past its sell by date. After trying all the limescale cleaners on the market to clean my old one, I gave up and treat myself, boring treat but I guess its a woman thing. I thought it was a little expensive for a kettle but after using it for about 6 months now it was well worth the money. The light changes from blue (standby) to red (boiling). Its very quick... Breville JK120 ... purchased this kettle as I liked the idea of using filtered water in my kettle. The filter cuts down on the scale produced within the kettle if replaced when they have run out of life. Living in an area where my last kettle needed to be descaled at least once a month this is a huge bonus. The kettle is a lovely sparkly stainles steel looking kettle which has a blue light to show that there is power goining into it. This light changes to red when the kettle in in use and is boiling. There is also a mode for keeping the kettle hot in between use. I love this kettle and I have recommended it to many people who have since gone onto buying one and they all love it too. Y... Breville JK73 ... bought this kettle as I liked the light-up blue colour and have been mostly pleased with it. It heats up quickly and has a good shape and handle grip to hold. I agree with other reviewers that it is quite noisy, but its so quick, it s not a real problem for me. Unfortunately the lid broke and now doesn t open properly ( it was probably our fault as we got it stuck on the tap whilst filling it) but we were so pleased with it that we have bought another one just the same. The main reason that this kettle is so useful is because of its stay warm button which keeps the water just under boiling point all the time. This is really useful if you need hot water for cooking o... Read the full review: good looking kettle by mamathree |

Breville Kettle JK52 ... is a great little kettle we have owned for nearly 5 years!! yes 5 years and is still going strong.. great for us not so great for breville as not had to buy another of their great products. In 5 years it is as good now as it was the day i bought it.. the boiling time is still as quick and cleans up just as new. well heres the negative bits.. when i bought it i thought the silver quality would be better but it is just silver plastic but what do you get for £16? The boiling point can be noisy which gives off a lot of steam to point can see it dribbling down the tiled wall. When pouring .. steam or hot water seems to creep out the join of the handle so can get quite h... Read the full review: a great budget kettle by cbelso |
