Breville JK164 ... had this kettle in the last flat that i was renting and never has a cup of tea tasted so good. I especially noticed the difference in taste with the herbal teas that i like to drink. The kettle takes a little while to filter the water which is to be expected having used water filters previously, but getting into the habbit of refilling the kettle once i had used the water saved me time when i was gasping for a cuppa!! The only downside is the price of the kettle, it is pricy when you can get a decent kettle that doesnt filter for less than half the price, but in my opinion the cost of the kettle is justified as the taste and quality of the filtered water is amazing. ... My wife was adamant however that the kettle was no good so we were having a new one, why it was taking her two days of studying the Argos catalogue and online reviews to choose a kettle was a mystery to me but it ended up in us buying the Breville JK82 Lightning White Kettle. I must admit that I did like the look of this new kettle but all I wanted was for it to be able to boil water so I could have a cuppa now and again and I am sure any kettle could do that for me. So what had my wife found so special about thi... Read the full review: It`s just a kettle! by D-RAY2000 |
