... quick. It has been very well used over the 5 years, we are a family of four who use it probably 2-3 times every day and it has never once gone wrong. The only criticism I have is that the lid has never fitted very well, it is too tight so is quiet hard to pull off. This is ok for me but I could imagine that some more senior people may find it difficult. I chose this kettle as a wedding present 5 years ago and what great present it has been. It looks stylish, which to be honest was the only reason I chose it. However, since then it has proved to be light weight, reliable and most importantly for me quick.
