I bought this kettle around a year ago after it was advertised as being an energy efficient kettle. It has markings on the side so that you boil just enough water for the amount of drinks you need (they even sloped up the sides for when you tipped the kettle to fill it up from the tap so that you could see how much you needed). It also stops bubbling straight away as soon as it's finished boiling. It is a modern looking kettle, and see through and thought it looked great in the kitchen.
