We used this in our office kithcen for a month before we threw it out.Advantages: None.Disadvantages: - there is no vertical window enabling you to see how much water is left, a feature seen on almost every other kettle on the market, - it isn't possible to pour from it without leaking water all over the place, which caused a wet mess in the kitchen. You really wonder what they do at Micromark - don't they test their designs at all before mass producing them and sending them off to customers?
