... gets a lot of limescale and needs de-scaling all of the time, in it's defense it does get used a lot. After writing this review I have realised that maybe the Morphy Richards isn't as great as I thought it was. It has worked constantly for the last two years and it is my favourite colour pink. However, with the limescale, grimey appearance and broken lid maybe it is time to change my kettle. Will I get another one? Probably not, but I will look for another pink one....more

I bought this kettle for one reason and one reason only, it's pink! I live with my husband and three sons and we seem to have a house full of blue, the kitchen was the one place I could fill with pink things. Therefore on my search for pink accessories for the kitchen I came across the Morphy Richards Accents Kettle. I have had this kettle for almost two years now and it has been used an awful lot. We love tea in our house and the kettle boiling is a sound you will always here in our kitchen. After two years the kettle is still working but is starting to look a bit grimey.
