This kettle was bought from Currys to match a lovely toaster as a wedding present to me - it was quite expensive and bought a couple of years ago. I had seen lots of toasters and kettles but this one was so sleek and stylish - that it just called out to me. I did think it was far too expensive for what I wanted but then couldn't put a price on style. I had also heard that Russell Hobbs was a great make and stable quality. The kettle and toaster were on offer together which helped with the price. I bought this kettle to match the toaster i purchased Expensive i know but just what i wanted. Basically it does the job any other kettle does its stylish and sleek and easy to use. The downsides to this kettle is that it is very hard to clean and it doesnt matter how much you clean it, it never looks clean. For some reason thiskettle scales up very quickly and needs cleaning every 2 to 3 weeks this is very weird and i dont thou why this happens.
