Russell Hobbs 10934:
... originally bought this as a spice grinder. I now have two of them: one for spices and the other for coffee. As a coffee grinder: It doses what it says on box; it grinds coffee. The grinder allows for the full range of settings from very fine espresso to thick granules for the peculator. If you do a search online, you ll also find, instructions on modifying it so it will grind powder-fine coffee (like the very e... Read the full review: Great for spices, great for coffee by simpo |

Russell Hobbs 13949 ... ve had this kettle for well over a year now. The chrome finish and shape of the kettle give it a cool retro theme that complements my kitchen superbly. In spite of its interesting design however, It has now suffered a seemingly impenetrable buildup of limescale around the spout area and especially near the lid. This means I can t physically remove the lid without shattering the kettle s exterior, so I have to pour in all the water via the spout, I mean, what am I? Some kind of animal!? It also doesn t seem to want to heat the water to its full potential these days which makes my morning coffee taste a little weak, something I can t really be doing with before a tough d... Russell Hobbs 14590 Stylis ... love this kettle. Cordless and lightweight. Easy to fill via a switch on top that opens the lid so no having to stick your fingers inside the kettle. This kettle also looks good. Very modern design and colour to suit most kitchens and a great blue light when you switch it on if you like that kind of thing..I do! Very sturdy feel to the kettle so little chance of it tipping over, and it swivels all the way round on the base so you can use easily if you are left or right handed. The flex is of a reasonable length but could maybe have benefited with being a little bit longer. This kettle can hold quite a large amount of water so great if you have a few guests round and ea... Russell Hobbs 13949 ... I also received short shrift from Russel Hobbs themselves. Nothing blew as such but one day the electrics ceased to function and kettles have sealed electrical units that you can t attempt to fix yourself. I live in a heavy limescale area too and the amount of crusty scale that accumulated on the open spout was off-putting. Scale also accumulated on the separate base and around the lid at the top. This is not the fault of the kettle manufacturer of course but seeing limescale so visibly on three areas of the kettle is not pleasant and is difficult to remove. I decided not to buy a Russell Hobbs kettle again and certainly not this appealing but impractical design.... Read the full review: good looking but not worth the hassle by siantone |
