As with virtually all apple products, the keyboard is well thought through. The new aluminium case looks really smart, being very aesthetically pleasing and matching really well with the mac or even the macbooks. It is possible to get either a wired or wireless keyboard (the latter being the most expensive of the two.) I personally would recommend getting the wired one simply because it is cheaper. It is also possible to buy the keyboard without the numpad.

I find that the apple keyboards really good as well because they are very easy to type with. This could be due to the fact that the keys are quite shallow and so you do not have to press so hard when typing which enables you to type faster.

Also, the keyboard has 2 usb ports on it, which is makes it really easy to hook cameras, memory sticks etc up to the mac. Just another little add on which is really clever, especially if you have a mac at the back of the desk or whatever. Also, there are shortcut keys, such as for using itunes which also really add to the functionality of the keyboard.

In short a good bit of kit!
