Bought this keyboard to pair with a Kensington riser stand as I was getting a sore neck typing on my laptop whilst at my desk. I picked this one as it was compact, therefore perfect to store in a desk drawer with the stand when not in use. It doesn't have all the media buttons that other keyboards have, but I don't have a problem with that, because with the exception of the volume control, I never use those buttons anyway!
The keyboard looks great in gloss black, but the finish either attracts dust, or makes it more obvious than a matte finish, as I often have to give it a little dust off with a microfiber cloth. The keys are well laid out considering the overall size of the keyboard, but they can take a little getting used to as some of the buttons have been 'squeezed in'. Once you've used it for a while, it's not an issue. The keys also have just the right amount of 'click' for my taste, not too loud, but you know when you've struck one. I find this useful as some keyboards are too light for my preference, which results in no feedback, and missed letters occasionally (if I've missed any in this, I'm typing it on my laptop keyboard on my lap, so the Logitech can't be blamed!!). I got it for £9.99 from Play.com, which was the best price I could find at the time.
