      Could'nt recommend highly enough!

Although keyboards have a number pad on then I find that my laptop number keypad is a little cramped and for the fast typing of numbers I like to use this well proportioned Logitech N305 wireless number pad. The Logitech keypad is wireless but has a USB wireless receiver which neatly fits into the USb port. It is very discreet and is barely visible once in the port. the keypad itself takes 2 AAA type batteries and is Windows compatible up to Windows 7.

The keypad feels solid and the looks are favourable to other dedicated keypads. The non-slip feet make for a secure keypad that doesn't slide all over your desk and the full sized keys are a joy to use. The keypad also has a storage area for the USB receiver as to ensure you dont lose the tiny receiver. The three hot keys that are located at the top of the keypad are fort Excel, the Windows calculator and the ALT-TAB Windows switcher. Another plus is the ability to configure these hot keys to other functions. Another great touch is that the N305 comes with a USB cable so you dont have to use the wireless connectivity if you dont wish to.

For computer novices this product is great and is very easy to install as with more accessories are becoming very user friendly. Once you are used to a conventional keypad then using one for a laptop can become a learning curve and this is great for those switching to a laptop - especially for work use and data entry. Highly recommended.
