Tommee Tippee Closer to Nature Bottle ... the intent to breastfeed my daughter these seemed like the perfect bottle as they mimicked the shape of the breast so i could dual feed but havin a 4lb 7oz baby and encouraged by midwives to bottlefeed breastfeeding didnt go to plan!! My first impressions were they were pricey for what they were but me being me saw the award winning mother and baby sticker attached and thought why not!! and my daughter wont drink from anything else!! they definately have served us well in the long run there certainly worth every penny!! Dr Brown's Natural Flow Bottle ... my first daughter we used the ever leaky Avent bottles. Very annoying and seemed to cause lots of wind. This time we decided to bite the bottle bullet and purchase eight of the Dr Brown bottles. Upon opening them I found an array of different parts which was all very confusing and like a puzzle. The cleaning was a nightmare, all the tubes and other bits and pieces. The bottles didn t seem to cause a single bubble of air in the milk during feeding. Our second daughter has not suffered from colic, is this due to the bottles? I m not 100% sure but hey they didn t cause a problem with her. Tommee Tippee Closer to Nature Bottle ... fully intended to breast feed my daughter and bought these for occasional use (expressed milk/poss formula). Unfortunately breastfeeding went terribly wrong and so after just a week my daughter was mixed fed then after 4 weeks was fully formula fed. We didn t get on with these bottles AT ALL! The lids are a complete pain to get to stay on, my daughter didn t latch onto these very well either and feeding from these bottles was not an enjoyable experience for either of us! I think I originally bought several large size bottles and several small size which cost a fair bit - they were soon for sale on ebay! I m not sure if we would have got on better if she had bee...
