These bags were a life saver to me....... I would always try and express about 6 oz a day well when i got better at it, to begin with it took me an hour to express an ounze!!!haha!! My mum brought me a pack of them and it came with little stickers and pen to write the dates that you expressed the milk. The reason i found them so handy was i found it quite isolating at the begginning of having my first baby as i get staying in a lot a. the fear of having to breast feed in public (don't get me started on that one) and b. if i wanted to go out 9/10 it would be a day where i just could not express enough milk.
