Advantages: none

Disadvantages: thick, small and uncomfortable

I had to by avent breast pads once when i had ran out of my usual brand. I found that they are to thick padding and too small a shape in diameter which means that when laying in bed and moving around the breast pad moves causing me to leak everywhere. Also the tape that holds it to the bra does not stick very well either. They also dont hold that much milk so you have to change more often. I also found that when the milk dried in the pads it made the pad dry hard which became sore on the nipple. All in all very unhappy with the pad and would much rather pay more for tommy tippie or lansinoah disposable breast pads thinner larger surface and more discreet pad and a lot more comfortable.

Summary: buy a different brand instead.
