This is a really good breast pump. I haven't actually tried any others so can't compare it to anything, but it works really well for me. I used it when my milk first came in, having rather large breasts it was difficult for my baby to latch on when they were very full so I used the pump to empty each breast a bit before feeding. The pump was comfortable, very effective and so easy to use one-handed that I actually pumped from one breast while my baby fed from the other.
I have the disposable bottle holder, so the milk gets pumped into bags which can be stored in the fridge or freezer and inserted into a holder later. As the baby sucks the milk is delivered straight from the bag causing a vacuum so no air gets in, much more like feeding from an actual breast than from a bottle and less to wash and steralise. I haven't actually fed my baby from the bottle yet as I'm still breastfeeding, but I intend to later.
The best thing about this pump was the price, usually £27.50, I bought it in the Boots sale and it was only £13.
