Advantages: Non drip, Rebecca proof lol!, Soft spout
Disadvantages: No marks to measure against, no beaker, a bit more expencive
I bought my daughter an Avent Magic cup, after my Health visitor told me that I should try to see if my daughter would use it, she was 6 months at the time. Well, I went to Superdrugs, and had a peep around, a lot of the beakers were not good enough, either no lid, or hard looking spout, too small, or not spill proof, and when I saw these Avent Magic Cups, they fitted my criteria! It had a lid, soft spout, biger than the others (Same sizes as the bottles, either 4oz, or 9 oz)And looked nice too :) I picked a pinky colour :) It was a bit more expencive than the other, but Avent do usually make good stuff, so I bought it :) Well, the first try with it, she didn't wanna know, she was looking at me as if to say "What the hell is this"??? But after a few tries, she got the hang of it!! She is currently teething, s othe soft spout is great to chew! It fits plenty of juice in it for her, it did leak when I tested it, but when Rebecca shakes it, there's not a drop, so it's Rebecca proof! She shakes it, throws it, bangs it on the highchair, and the juice stays where it is!! lol! There is no marks on the cup to measure how much juice your are putting in, and there is no handle on it, but you can buy the handle for the regular Avent bottles, and that fits well :) It isn't a perfect cup, but it is the best one I've tried, or seen :)

millwall23 - 21/07/01 My daughter uses this one and I think it's great! You're right they do leak a bit but not when Thai's doing her very worst to it (and she's nearly two so that's an impressive test!). |
