Advantages: handy little pot that carries milk

Disadvantages: each section only holds 6oz

I bought this milk powder dispenser (by Avent) for just under £5 from Boots - it was reccommended by a friend.
It is blue and I think you can now get pink, and is a very simple but clever little pot that has an outer pot that you slip the section part into and it then holds 3 lots of milk powder for feeds. The idea is that you take it out with you and when it comes to feeding time you simply pop up the lid and tip the already measured amount of milk from one of the sections into the bottle - avoiding spillages or having to make up feeds before you go which could then go cold and not be useable as well as savingyou from taking out a whole milk tub!lol.
Definatly an essential for any busy mum using formula milk powder. I think it would be alot better if each section was a little bit bigger - I can fit in 6 scoops (6oz) in one section and I need an 8oz so technically I can only get 2 bottles made up from it. I also always need to add a little extra as there is always a little bit left that wont shake out. Although still very handy!

Summary: simple but clever

I have the one from Tesco, half the price and can fit 9oz in it. I have no trouble with it sticking in the bottom either. Sounds like it could be better than this one!!
