      Very helpful

Great product but wouldn't pay as much for it!

I am a nanny of two children aged 17 months and the family who I work for has this 4 in 1 Beoba babycook blender. It's a blender, steamer, defroster and food warmer in one, quite small, its capacity is only 600ml. It is made from easy to clean BPA-free polysulfone, and it comes with a flex tidy, spatula and booklet (which is in French and has recipes suitable for babies aged from 6-24 months).

It has a light function so when the steamer/food warmer/defroster finished, the light goes off and the food is ready. You need to put different amount of water in the basin for reheating (level 1), fruits (level2) and vegetables/meet (level 3), I also love the blending bits as it can blend to smooth texture but if you want it to be a bit lumpy than you just switch it off a bit earlier.

Because of its capacity I didn't use the steamer bit till the boys got old enough too eat whole vegetables, I found that when they were babies you tend to cook in bulk and the steamer (appr. 3 apples would fit in there cut into small pieces) is definitely not made for that. It was though very useful for defrosting and blending and also warming food up as I had small containers for their food and fit it in perfectly, and now that they are toddlers, I love the steaming part of it as I can just chuck in some broccolis and within minutes it's ready.

It's quite expensive, they bought it in Mothercare for £64.99 and personally I am not sure I would pay as much if I needed to buy one.Overall it's a great product if you can get it on sale/ebay but you can get the same effect with a vegetable steamer.
