Advantages: Gives great support and babies love sitting in it

Disadvantages: I suppose it can get a bit sweaty for them if they are chubby like my son!

I have one of these for my youngest son who is nearly 6 months now. We have had it since he was 3 months old and we all love it. He tends to get bored with all his other toys but when in the Bumbo he will happily sit and watch tv or just watch his older brother playing whilst i make tea or tidy up etc. Also my friend has a little girl who has cerebal palsy and is in a wheelchair. She is 5 so too big for a highchair so when she comes to my house and has a meal we put her in the bumbo on a chair at the table and she is the perfect height and the Bumbo supports her so that we know she cant fall off the chair. My friend even borrowed it for her wedding reception. She was initially quite worried how her daughter would go on at the meal but with the Bumbo she was able to sit her at the table and not worry about her wedding dress being covered in food!

Summary: Overall a great product.
