My husband and I decided it was time to buy the all important high chair for Ellie. At just over 5 months old, we felt that it was important to get her used to a high chair right from the beginning of her experience of solid foods. We decided that 'Mothercare' was as good a place as any to take a look at the choice of high chairs. We were quite surprised by the amount of high chairs to choose from and also the price, with chairs ranging from £25.00 to over £150.00!! To be honest, our budget was around the £50.00 mark, so we headed for the display of cheaper high chairs. There was a good selection and Ellie very much enjoyed being a big girl and ... I bought my Cosatto Auro high chair two years ago and it's had plenty of use from my daughter. We've had absolutely no problems with it and its still in good condition. It comes with two trays so that one can be washed and also reclines in at least three different positions so that a baby can sleep. The seat is really well padded and easy to clean. It comes with a five paoint safety harness which is very secure but can sometimes be a problem to release. It's larger than many of the high chairs on the market so it's not one to buy if you don't have much space but at least its self standing when folded and you can hang the tray off the back. They are expensive but in my ... Read the complete review

Well here we are, the time for big boys food. My lil one was 5mths and was just starting to try solids, which was a rather messy process. so I was desparate to find a comfy highchair for him, which i feel i have. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ About the high chair ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~ Seat ~~~~ This chair has a 3 position recline seat. Which i absolutly love! When i first started using this chair, my lil one could not sit alone, and being sat upright in thie chair would have not done him any good. but with this, i could have him slightly back, and comfy. It was also good for when he had his bottle, as I could lay him back ... Read the complete review

With my third baby we had to purchase a new high chair, so my Mum and me went off to Toy’r’us and had a look, there were so many to choose from. With my other two children I had a very basic wooden highchair that was very big and didn’t collapse down for storage. I had to throw the old high chair away because the food tray broke and the seat cover had split. I was not going to choose the same sort again. We found a metal highchair, made by Cosatto in Mr Bunny Design. The Highchair had adjustable height and folded flat for storage/Transportation. Six months ago we needed to replace the seat. I phoned cosatto and they were able to send a ... Read the complete review

I bought my Cosatto high chair for my first baby nearly three years ago, and it's serving me well with my second baby too. I have the brown "leather look" one, as we wanted (for reasons I can not really justify now) for it to match our brown leather sofa. The material itself has worn very well, and it washes in the washing machine very well. Only problem is that it can be quite tricky to take the covers off for washing, as you need to be quite clever to detach the straps. The chair comes with two liners, so when they are very small they can sit quite comfortably with the higher level, and this can be taken off when they get a bit taller. ... Read the complete review
