The anti colic air flow in this is a little tube in the middle of the bottle. It isn't hard to put together at all, it takes about 20 seconds to do it all even for me so that's how easy it is! The bottles are very clearly marked so it's easy to see where to put the milk up to and it's quite a wide bottle so nice to hold. It holds up to 8oz which is plenty.
