This toy is great for stimulation for babies of all ages really. My daughter is 1 now, and goes back to it time and time again. It is a pull along toy, but it does not need to be pulled along to operate it. It is recommended for 12 months +, but My Daughter was totally amazed and would not let it go at 5 months! This toy is in the shape of a butterfly, it has 4 red wheels, a green body with a clear dome on the top full of little paper and plastic shapes, a bit like confetti.
