When I was pregnant with my little girl I already knew that I would want one of these flasks. My sister had used one of these flasks with her little girl so I knew how useful they were. This design came out when I was pregnant and it was much nicer than the previous plain white larger model. It came in two colours silver and blue and silver and purple. This flask is not overly different to any normal flask, you fill it with hot water and it keeps it warm for you, so you may ask why you need this particular flask when you have a baby. This is a fantastic invention. If you do not have a car and need to get about then you mst buy one. The fisher price kit consists of a very thick and efficient flask, a lid which is designed so that you do not have to open up the flask and expose large uncontrolled amounts of hot water to young babies and a cup. You simply fill the flask with hot water and then press close on the lid. then you place the beaker over the top of the flask. Everything fits together to minimise space and it is small and can easily fit in any changing bag. I bought this flask for my daughter as had seen it on offer in Asda at only £5 and as we were going through the weaning stage and was out and about a lot was great for warming her meals. Basically its a stainless steel flask, but quite small and compact. It has a screw on cap with a button in the middle which you press down and then tip the flask up so the water pours out then press again to seal back up. A lot easier and safer then unscrewing the lid all the time. It then comes with a warming jug which you can pour the water in then when finsihed it screws perfectly back over the flask. I bought my bottle warming flask from direct from vogue-ltd.com and was pleasantly surprised that the flask has been updated from the one shown in the images. The new flask is decorated with the Fisher-Price Animals of the Rainforest theme and really looks good. I have found that the water stays piping hot for at least six hours. There are three main components; (1) a removable outer sleeve - this is used to pour the hot water into and is big enough to accommodate most feeding bottles; (2) the inner cap - this is removable so that the boiling water can be easily poured into the flask itself; (3) the stainless steel flask, which seems very tough.
