Good idea, poor design (Graco Stadium Duo Tandem Travel System)

We have a Graco Tandem pushchair. Oh dear, where do we start? It looked like a good idea at the time and was for about a month.

My son was 15 months old when my daughter was born so size was not such an issue then. The biggest problem with this pushchair is the length of the straps! Far to short and have to be extended when junior is wearing a padded coat or the poor little mite cannot breathe! The same in the rear as well. To short and need extending.

The front seat is to shallow. If they added another 3 inches in length life would be easier. When lifting junior out of the front seat, the seat padding catches on the back of the shoes and can pull them clean off! The only way around this is to undoe the crotch strap. Also, be very careful here, a foot needs placing on the front jockey wheels to stop the pushchair from tipping up easily with a child still in the back.

As the rear seat reclines flat, this is where the baby goes. Unfortunately, you cannot recline the front seat to let this child snooze in any comfort as well or rear child loses feet. This makes long days out just perfect!

Forget trying to get this pushchair on a bus. By the time you have managed to crush all the covers and seats down enough to use the securing clip, you don't have the energy to lift the damned thing.

The pushchair is very maneouverable and quite well designed covers and frame wise but is to heavy and a practical disaster. I would not recommend this product to anyone!
