Advantages: Can never loose the lids, nice size to carry with you when out & about

Disadvantages: none

My little girl is now at that age where I am starting to introduce her to food, I have been given a brilliant book which gives me a step by step on how to do this & it gives me loads of recipes but they all make about six portions of food and I had nothing to put the extra in so I started searching the net for some containers.

First port of call was eBay to see if they had anything reasonably cheap on there but no luck, there where loads of pots but by the time I added postage they worked out expensive so I next looked on Amazon and in the baby section they had a category for weaning equipment so I took a look.

I came across some Happy Mummy Baby Cubes (Stage 1) and thought these looked ideal but after reading the reviews which said they only last a couple of week because you cant get much food in them I took a look at the stage 2 set which where the larger version of stage 1.

They are basically a set of eight individual cubes which have measurements on the side (30ml, 45ml, 60ml & 70ml), 70ml is about 2oz. The pots have lids which are attached on one edge so they can never be lost and snap shut firmly so are very unlikely to pop open if you have them in a bag. They are 5.5cm square so are a nice size to take out and about with you

These pots are dishwasher, microwave and freezer safe so they are absolutely ideal for baby food, you can mix a big batch up, divide it into portions and stick it in the freezer so you never waste any food and they come with a white tray which makes the pots very easy to stack so they take up less room in your freezer.

These cost me £5.95 from Amazon and had free delivery, I ordered them on a Monday and they arrived the next morning, these have come in very handy for me and I think I'm going to order a couple more sets.

Summary: Perfect pots for food storage with snap shut lids so very unlikely to leak

These sound great - have an annabel karmel ice cube type tray with lid which I use for freezing - but these sound good because you can use them to freeze, store and take out and about. THANKS
