I have to give this high chair top marks for functionality and price, it can't be beaten. In my mind there is simply no need to buy an expensive highchair when you can pick up this one in your nearest Ikea for £10.99 (add £4 for a food tray that just clips on, I bought this as you do need it unless you push the highchair upto the dining ... I bought this high chair to replace a bigger, more expensive chair which had just got past the stage of cleaning. What we wanted was a cheap, easy to clean chair that didn't take up too much space - so we headed to Ikea and found this little bargain. The Antilop highchair costs just £10.99. It was the price that first attracted me to ... Read the complete review

This has got to be the best value for money high chair on the market and it is so cheap too. I got this together with the tray and inflatable cushion so that my 5 month old would be a snug fit and she loves it, although anyone considering buying this should take into account whether their child can adequately support themself sitting as for ... When I needed to buy a highchair for my daughter a lot of my friends were getting quite bogged down in comparing chairs which were over £100 each. Although price wasn't the factor for me, several friends with older children told me about this and wished they'd bought it, or had bought it as a spare and used it rather than the pricey ones. It ... Read the complete review

We started to think about buying a highchair for our daughter when she was around 4months old as we knew we would need to buy one in the coming weeks/months and wanted to be prepared. We went to all the big stores like toys r us, mamas & papas and mothercare. We were quite shocked at the prices really, we figured they were probably ... Read the complete review

Although the legs and tray come off of this item is does not fold up or flat pack so if you have a very small space and need to 'put it away' this is not the high chair for you. It is just about 'pack into the back of the carable' but not if you have a daewoo matiz... However if you're after cheap, easy to clean and sturdy ... Read the complete review

The Ikea high chair is very basic but in my opinion it does the job required and at an extremely low price. As with a lot of the Ikea furniture items are individually priced so with this high chair you have to also buy the clip on tray and the padded insert if the baby is still small. The basic high chair is £10.99, the tray to clip on is £4 and ... Read the complete review

I highly recommend this highchair and think its totally fabulous! Having searched for a highchair for our young baby, I was getting disheartened as they all seemed to be around the £100 mark which I felt was excessive. Then I stumbled across some reviews for the Ikea Antilop and decided to check it out. It really is basic and ... Read the complete review

After buying a padded highchair and soon regretting it, we invested in one of these for the in-laws house. The simple design makes it the perfect chair, as no padding means no cleaning bits of weetabix, broccoli, etc out of the creases of the padding after every meal..... The legs come off for storage, and if you have more than one they ... Read the complete review

We decided to go for a baby led weaning approach with our first child - basically giving him only finger foods so that he learnt to feed himself early on. Needless to say this is very very messy, so we needed a highchair that was very easy to clean, with a tray for piling food on (no need for plates that could be thrown) and that could be pulled ... I bought two of the IKEA Antilop High Chairs for just under £14 each and we then kept one at my mothers house and one at my in laws house. It is quite a basic design, but is also quite sturdy when you have put it together. You can remove the legs when the chair is not needed, which my mum finds quite useful as she only has a small house and can ... Read the complete review

The Ikea Antilop is a fairly basic but perfectly functional highchair, it comprises of a sturdy white seat which has a bar between the legs to stop baby fallling through, 4 detachable legs and a detachable tray. There is a fabric harness to secure baby if he tries to pull himself up and out of the chair. Mine came with a padded ... Read the complete review

We bought this highchair just over 2 years ago when our daughter was 6 mths old. It has had a lot of use and still looks as good as new. The price is just unbeatable and the plain white design goes with any interior decor without being too noticeable. You can buy a matching tray separately also from ikea (we did) for a little extra. BUY THIS HIGHCHAIR.... if you are searching around for a highchair for your child then I cannot recommend this highly enough. Don't think you have to spend alot of money on a all singing all dancing expensive highchair. I was initially leant an expensive one with a big posh 'wipe clean' cushion and I spend more time trying to clean all the food ... Read the complete review

I love Ikea products, the simple design and minimalistic priced tag really suit my lifestyle. Having 3 children in a short space of time means that I have tried and tested many highchairs. For our 1st child we a really expensice mamas and papas highchair with an extortionate pirce tag. It quickly got grubby and had many bits for food ... Read the complete review

I do not own this highchair, but in many ways I wish I did. I paid almost £90 for our Fisher Price Rainforest one, yet this costs just £9.78 from Ikea, plus £2.94 for the tray, giving a grand total of under £13!! Now I know you are probably wondering why I am reviewing a product I don't own - well because we have used these highchairs ... Read the complete review

We purchased the IKEA Antilop High Chair for the bargain price of £14 as a second highchair to live at my parents house as they look after our son regularly. I have had a lot of experience with the Ikea highchairs as we used to have four at a nursery I worked at. The highchairs come from Ikea the ones we had were white all had trays. The highchair with the tray worked out to be about £14 each, which is very cheap. The chairs were made from a solid piece of white plastic. This made them very ... Read the complete review

I loathe highchairs. They are expensive, cumbersome, have short lives and harbour germs as they are so difficult to keep clean. However, they are also a necessity if I am to keep littlest HonestBob still in one place long enough to get some food into him. Initially we fed littlest HonestBob in his bouncy chair and this was fine while ... Read the complete review
