These are washable breast pads. They are quite expensive to buy initially, but you're going to be needing them for at least a few months so they do work out cheaper than buying disposable ones. If your only consideration is the price though, it's probably worth waiting to find out how much you really need to wear breast pads - some women don't leak much after the first week or so. They're about the same size as most disposable ones, but thicker. They are soft and comfortable when you first wear them, because they are cloth, not paper.
