The pool is large in diameter (12ft) and deep enough to swim in (30 inches), easy for 2 people to erect quickly, supplied with a 230v filter which is capable of pumping 600litres an hour. Every summer without fail there is someone who is getting all the sun. Some of us have a glimpse of what summer should be and when we do what else is there but to go digging through your shed or garage and find that paddling pool. Hands up those who packed it away properly so you could just get it out and blow it up!!! Well in our house, first you have to guess where you last saw it, and then battle your way through all the stuff that has accumulated on top of it. It was just far too hot one day last summer as the family and I wandered about the hot and dusty streets of Grantham. Desperate to get home and remove all clothing, but remaining decent i was quickly losing my temper as the crowds of people slowly blocked every way for me to move down the street....it was hell.... But then... I was somehow forced through the massive automatic door of Woolworths and swept along with a flock of teenage girls toward the toy department. Oh well, while I was here I supposed it was a good idea to have a quick look at the toys, after all , I did have both kids with me and wouldn't get a moments peace ...
