With 9 months of extensive research I can confirm that these are the best breat pads avaliable.

They are more expensive than the rest but there are head and shoulder above the rest as far as quality is concerned.
When you first started breastfeeding you can leak alot of milk, the waterproof backing on the "others" may make you feel sore.
Because of this they need to be changed more regularly.

Johnsons fit well and because they are shaped if you are a little sore they don't just stick to your skin and don't show undernith your clothes.

I have tried the cheaper ones but I would never buy or recommend any other brand.
