These really are very good. I prefer to use washables but stocked up on lots of disposables straight after the birth (which I recommend) until you are up on your feet and have that little bit more time. I bought one pack of these and for comfort, fit, design they are BRILLIANT. Really nice - some pads make you feel like you have stuck a saucer in your bra - these conform really well to your bra so you can't feel them. However the big drawback to me is that they are al individually wrapped. I think some people see this as a bonus because you can slip them in your handbag and they keep nice and clean .
