Advantages: Keeps a dummy close and safe

Disadvantages: Plastic clip prone to wear and snap after a few months

This is a clip to attach to your baby's dummy at one end and to either clothing or buggy/car seat strap at the other keeping the dummy safe.

It is designed to fit perfectly to the MAM soothers (dummy) but also states that it will also fit most other brands of dummy too.

They are available to buy in Mothercare, Boots, supermarkets etc and currently retail at £2.99 for a single pack or £3.99 for a twin pack. There is also a soother saver with teat cover priced £2.99

At one end is a soft ring that attached to the dummy, it loops easily over the button on the MAM style dummies but is also secure. The loop is joined to the clip end by a short piece of fabric ribbon. The clip is plastic and there is a sliding ring round the pincer part to hold it in place.

You can attach the dummy using the soother saver easily to your childs clothes, a strap on their buggy or car seat and keep the dummy safe from falling to the floor, which is what kept happening to us!! Everytime I'd pick my son up from his car seat he'd open his mouth and the dummy would drop on the floor! So now I know the dummy will be safe he can't lose it by throwing it over the side of the buggy or drop it on the floor!!

It is easy to use and a worthwhile purchase in my opinion!!!

My only negative point about it is that you need to keep an eye on wear to the plastic clip, I went to attach the clip to my son's coat one day and the clip snapped. I have to say we had been using it for a number of months before this happened but it's just something to look out for.
