I purchased the Mamas & Papas Freestyler Completo Travel System for £425 in Jun 06. The Mamas & Papas sales team were very good. When we began using the travel system we found that the pushchair wasn't easy to collapse and would often fail to lock securely, therefore, when trasporting it to and from the house it would often spring open. I also found that it would not lock together when opening it up for use, it sometimes took many attemps. We complained, but Mamas & Papas were very unhelpful and rude in thier correspondance. After reading the negative comments about the freestyler I have to say that it is a very robust easy to use pushchair that is definately a more comfortable option that will take you from newborn to 3 yrs easily. I have 2 sons one is nearly 9 and the other is 15 months. When I had my first son I purchased a Mamas & Papas pushchair with thee charissma classic chassis. I must say I had no major gripes with this pushchair although I did buy a smaller buggy when he was 8 months as they are quite large. When I realised I was pregnant with my second son I decided on another Mamas & Papas and this decision was based purely on there appearance if I am honest. I decided on a travel system which is when the pushchair comes complete with a car seat that has a base that fits in the car and it also slots into the ... Read the complete review
