So I haven't been around for a while and this is my first review back...What can I write a review of for my first back...and then it came to me, for weeks now I have been meaning to get on here and write a review on this god awful pram. Ok so that may be a slight exaggeration but not much. Let me tell you more.

I chose this pram because of the look of it. Fashionable, trendy, every mums dream. I'd seen a few mums out and about with it and time after time I had craved this pram. I didn't even bother looking at any others when I was expecting my daughter, I knew this was the one I wanted.

I had been for a demonstration in Mamas and Papas and was quite satisfied that this was the one for me and so brought it without hesitation.

It was quite pricy. Although looking around at others since the price is actually at the lower end compared to some of the others on the market at the minute. It can be purchased with matching car seat which obviously pushes the price up quite some bit but I would suggest getting this as not only will it look great the car seat actually locks onto the pram enabling you to just use the wheels and the car seat...meaning if baby is sleeping you don't have to wake her up to put her in the pram. Fantastic.
I also purchased matching changing bag and parasol.

This pram can be used in two ways. Forward facing or rear facing. As a forward facing pram (for smaller babies) it is a beautiful looking pram but unfortunately it always worried me about the comfortableness for baby. The harnesses which get hidden for when you want it forward facing seem to poke through and seems like they could dig baby in the back. It is slightly padded but not enough. There are no harnesses for the rear facing function. The cover for the rear facing is easily attached and detached.

Forward facing mode is pretty easy to use and it is very easily changed from rear facing and it could be changed every day if this is what you want to do. The car seat can only be attached to the forward facing mode and not the pram. The harnesses are very hard to adjust and very confusing and so many times I have made by baby cry trying to figure it out. They get caught underneath and twisted as when you put baby in it doesn't matter what you do she ends up sitting on them as they are not completely attached. It seems comfy once she is in though and the seat can lay backwards when baby is asleep which is really easily done.

Unfortunately this does not come with a foot muff and you have tobuy this seperately which can be really expensive, I just chose to use a blanket and baby seems ok with that.

The buggy is really awkward to get up and down as you have to sort of do two things at once (pull the lever and the buggy at the same time) So many times I have got extremely frustrated with this. It also doesn't fold down very small and is really bulky to get into a small boot, you must ensure you leave nothing in the basket below or it just wont fold.

The steering is terrible and it has a mind of its own, it just WILL not go in a straight line and sways to one side one day and the other side the next. The breaks come off on their own which could be really dangerous if on a bus or something and they are actaully quite stiff to put on in the first place.

The hood doesn't come down nearly far enough and doesn't do anything in the rain or sun so might aswell not be on there. It also has a mind of its own and sometimes decides to spontaniously shoot off.

MOst frustrating though about this pram and the reason I would advise against it is the weight. It is just so heavy. My mum can't lift it into her boot and it is so heavy to get up onto pavements ets and to swing round. It cannot be easily transported whilst folded down and with baby in it, it is even heavier. The car seat is also ridiculously heavy so with this in it there is no chance of lifting it. Going up hills is a nightmare.

I don't want to upset anyone by saying the pram is not very good but I just don't presonally get on with it. I know many people who love it and I sure it is all down to personal preference.

This pram is avaliable in several colours although I think it is just the grey at the moment that is avaliable. Only avaliable in Mamas and Papas stockists.

Summary: Not for me!
