Premium Review Mamas and Papas Prima Pappa High Chair: Not a bad highchair (196 words)
by - written on 06/11/09 (Very useful, 37 readings)
Rating:

This is a good highchair for young babies, however although it is claimed by mamas and papas that this highchair can be used from the age of 4 months, I would recommend that parents wait until a baby is about 5 months and the baby is able to sit up without too much help. I found that when my daughter was very young it was difficult to ...  Read the complete review

I bought the Prima Pappa High Chair for my eldest daughter in 2004 and I now use it for my youngest, now that she is weaning. I'm a big fan of Mamas and papas products and this item did not disappoint. This highchair has 7 height positions, so you can adjust it to suit your dining table, allowing your baby or toddler to join the rest ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Mamas and Papas Prima Pappa High Chair: Good highchair that has all the features you need (235 words)

We have this highchair for our son and it has been an excellent buy for us. The highchair has the main features that we wanted adjustable height and a seat that can recline. We first put our son in this when he was just 4 months with the seat fully reclined and he sat in it very happily. The seat is easy to clean but as with most ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Great sturdy comfy high chair (291 words)

We borrowed a friend's high chair before we bought our own. It was the Prima Pappa high chair from Mamas and Papas. I have nothing but good things to say about it. It costs a bit over £110 to buy, which seems very expensive but most high chairs are expensive and it is sturdy and well made. Also Mamas and Papas is a good reliable make ...  Read the complete review

As we started weaning our son, the great high chair hunt started. I wanted something comfy, but my partner wanted something that could be height adjusted. On a shopping trip with my parents, we came across the Prima Pappa Evo, and we were impressed. At £120, the high chair was a lot more expensive than other highchairs we'd considered, ...  Read the complete review

The Prima Pappa highchair is a really comfortable and well made highchair. We bought this for our grandaughter and it cost about £125 so it's quite expensive. Our one is sort of white with coloured balls but it does look quite nice. It is sturdy and well made whilst still being very light, which makes it easy to move about while trying ...  Read the complete review

Express Review on Mamas and Papas Prima Pappa High Chair
by Joanne Mawdsley - written on 21/04/08

I have recently acquired a Prima Pappa High Chair from a friend, as the high chair we bought was awful!!. I had to use a socket set to undo the straps to clean them, which was'nt too bad... I also have a steam cleaner which has a concentrator nozzle, which I used on the chair itself to clean all the hard to reach places!!. I love this high chair, because of the height adjustment, and the reclining feature, which means I can recline it when my 1 year old gets sleepy after a feed!!.

Premium Review The Prima Pappa is the Daddy! (559 words)

The Prima Pappa highchair is definitely one of the best baby items I purchased. I must admit that at first I was put off a little by the price which is in the £95 range. But, while I am admitting things I'll also say the thing that was most attractive to me is the very cool styling. It isn't in pastel colours and isn't printed ...  Read the complete review

After having a wooden high chair which was bulky and not very practical for our Daughter, we decided to invest in a new chair for our Son! After a lot of looking about we were both won over by M&P Prima Pappa! It is available in a range of pram shops, John Lewis, The M&P's Shops and Toys R us! The prices vary around the shops as ...  Read the complete review

Very nice stylish highchair with the usual M&P quality in-built, great recline and height adjust facility means you can use it from weaning (without the tray), it folds very compact and is a lot easier to store than some other highchairs, I have used this for 2 of my children which is amazing because I change baby equipment like nobodys business. ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Mamas and Papas Prima Pappa High Chair: 2002 model is much better (120 words)
by - written on 10/09/02 (Useful, 206 readings)
Rating:

It's worth knowing that the latest model has some extra features which makes some of the opinions on the site less relevant. The harness now unclips easily for washing, there is an easy to remove tray cover so food doesn't get trapped as much and there is an extra safety feature between the legs to stop wriggling babies escaping ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review I LOATH this highchair! (331 words)

I purchased the Prima Pappa Roller when my son was 4 months old and as he wasnt yet sitting well unsupported I thought the recline feature on this highchair would be perfect. I have SO many reservations about this chair: (i) it is very expensive and of dubious quality in my opinion, (ii) the tray height is ridiculously high and my son ...  Read the complete review

I bought the Montebello 3 in 1 highchair before my baby was born because I thought it was a great idea converting into a table and chair. I have since discovered that even though the catalogue says'Removable easy clean tray' that it is only removable with a screw driver and not a case of simply sliding it off. Now that my daughter is 6 ...  Read the complete review

When are they going to make a highchair that you can dismantle and put in the dishwasher? My M&P Prima Pappa is filthy. It was a present from my parents, and they wanted to get me a chair that would last and do for any other children that we may have. Every time my mother saw it, she got upset that we let it get into such a state. Then ...  Read the complete review

Do not buy this highchair unless you love cleaning ! When we first got this high chair I thought it was great - well padded and reclining - ideal for early weaning. The adjustable height feature has also been useful. Then, however my little boy started to feed himself, and I have been tearing my hair out ever since. This highchair is SO ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review impossible to clean  (83 words)

I thought this highchair was fine until my little boy was sick in it. The reclined chair allows fluids to form a puddle. The straps are not removable and very difficult to clean. Also, the shoulder straps slip off the childs shoulder and are just a distraction. On the plus side the tray is nice and big and it folds up well. The wheels are ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Mamas and Papas Prima Pappa High Chair: Huge, ugly and difficult to clean! (79 words)
by - written on 02/04/01 (Useful, 134 readings)
Rating:

Useful when baby is very young as it reclines well, but it is really enormous -the tray was far too far away from my daughter, even at one year. The size and garish patterns mean that it totally dominates your kitchen. Also very difficult to clean (lots of irritating nooks and crannies for food to get stuck into). We all breathed a sigh of relief ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review The best so far (120 words)

I absolutely love this highchair and I consider it a best buy. It's great for young babies from 4 months to three years. The seat reclines into four positions, and its beautifully made, with chunky legs and a cuddly seat. The chair has seven height positions so it can be used as a lowchair, highchair or dining chair (once the tray has ...  Read the complete review
