Advantages: Quick goes with a variety of real foods

I tried to make my own cheese sauce for Amelia (8 Months) but it went all lumpy and she point blank refused to eat it.
I saw this cheese sauce recommended on the Uk parents website on the weaning forum so I thought I would try it out.
It is a great idea, sauce without the salt etc that is unsuitable for a baby but I find it quite difficult to get to a good consistency although it does taste fine.
I use it on the small pasta made by organix for babies and Amelia does seem to like it.
I am particularly keen to get her on to pasta as we eat a lot of it and hopefully she will be on to the normal sized stuff soon.
You can also use the sauce on vegetables, I just need to practise adding the right amount of water!!
