Aptamil is a life saver! After my 7 week daughter was very constiapted from SMA Gold, I asked my health visitor and a few friends what the best milk to try was. All the recomendations I had were for Aptamil, which is said to be as good as breast milk. Within 2 days, my daughter was back to having her dirty nappies! I was determined to breast feed and lasted 2 weeks due to sore boobs and an infection one of the midwives suggested aptamil and it is fab apparently its the closest to breast milk.

she is now on stage 3 the cross over from one stage to another has been great she hasn't noticed that it has changed.

Express Review on Milupa Aptamil

When my baby was a week old we were having trouble with colic etc. We were then advised to change to aptamil easy digest, BIG MISTAKE he was in and out of hospital due to screaming in pain for at least 15 hours a day, and also screaming passing stools even though they were extremely watery, docs couldnt explain it. On the last visit the doc suggested changing formula to sma gold, what a difference! He is now a lot more settled even though he still has a touch of colic and is a little constipated the hours of crying has greatly reduced...........I would never ever reccomend this easy digest to anyone made my life and babies life miserable for 5 weeks!

I have used Aptamil powdered baby milk since my baby was about 5 weeks old. Prior to that I was breast feeding and wanted to use somethng that was as close to breast milk as I could. I spoke to friends and read up about the formulas available. Aptamil made by milupa claimed to be "inspired by breastmilk" so I thought I would try it. ...  Read the complete review

I like, many other parents worried about salt in foods given to my baby. So when I started to give her mashed up roast dinners, I wanted to give her some gravy with it too. I tried to make my own cheese sauce for Amelia (8 Months) but it went all lumpy and she point blank refused to eat it. Has nobody noticed the Milupa range of baby food? Well, I have to admit that most places I go it is £2.09 a packet but in Morrisons it is olny £1.49. That's a big saving and it works out good value at that. The range of foods is limited a bit. They do a few sweets which I haven't tried, well, Jake hasn't tried (the sugar thing) ...  Read the complete review
