Mothercare Steam Steriliser Reviews

I bought this steriliser a few months before my daughter was born. She has just turned 6 months old and the plastic base in the steriliser has melted and fallen apart. I had noticed small cracks appearing but assumed as it was a steam steriliser and meant to get hot that it would cope with the heat.

I cannot believe that I am now having to go out and buy another steriliser and find it annoying that it has basically just fallen apart when I went to lift the bottles out. On top of that it has shattered some plastic so finely that it is now coating my bottles.

I would not recommend this one. We bought due to cost. I will now pay more for a good model that hopefully will last a bit longer!!

This is something that was bought for us as a present on the birth of our son by my sister in law.
