The Muslin really is any new parents best friend. The are so versatile and we don't go anywhere without ensuring that we have a Muslin packed in our changing back along with the usual change of clothes, nappies etc. The Muslin's are made from 100% cotton and the fabric is slightly breathable. For me as a new parent this gives me additional peace of mind that I am not going to suffocate my baby when using the muslin to swaddle her or use it as an emergency bib. An essential I have found whilst breastfeeding both of my sons has been a muslin cloth. I use several different brands but my favourite ones are from Mothercare. I have the yellow muslin set but they are available in several different colours including white, blue and pink. They come in a pack of six for £12.99. The cloths themselves are made from 100% cotton and are 60cm square. I use these cloths for many different purposes including makeshift bibs, wiping up spit up, trying to cover myself to feed discreetly whilst out and a lot of other uses all of which mean that I have always one close to hand with my 20 week old son both in the house and out and about. ...
