I have never noticed this bag being unstable.
This bag is shaped like postman Pats van the back of the van sits on the rack and wheels and is at the base as the bag is wheeled along the front of the van a little narrower sits at the top and the extendable handle when pushed down will sit just above the top of the bag.

Postman pat wheeled trolley bag. I thought I would tell you about the bag one of my students brings to school with all his things in. It is the Postman Pat wheeled trolley bag. . I meet the school transport and out gets "John" not real name. , he trundles his wheeled trolley along the pavement into school down the corridors to his class .Its easy peasy no bags of heavy things to carry.
